Monsters is an experimental band out of West Palm Beach, Florida. Dark mysterious moods. A black painting. A lot of energy, great guitar melodies, intelligent instrumentation with every instrument really. With technical riffs, there is a mathrock feel to the songs, but instead of dry and hot there is a lot of ambience and imaginative sounds in the songs. On ♦ the mix is perfect and the sound is all instrumental which really makes the songs more interpretable. I think you could definitely dig this if you like The Blood Brothers, Lightning Bolt, or Celebration.
